Here we partner with Shoosmiths Solicitors to get an insight into a real life courtroom situation after a serious road traffic accident. This year we're looking at a crash involving a Grey Fleet driver, and what the prosecution and cross examination could be like. Covering all the typical questions a company director could face in court if one of his employees had killed someone whilst driving on company business - this promises to be a real eye-opener!
