Driving Monitor reserves the right to cancel or transfer any Service booking to a later scheduled date or to an alternative platform without penalty. DrivingMonitor shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by the Client as a result of any such cancellation or transfer.
In the event that the Client wishes to cancel or transfer any Services, the following cancellation charges shall apply:

7 or less 100% of Course Fee
- On the day of the training please log on to the session at least 10 minutes before the session is due to start to ensure your system connects properly
- You will need access to either a land line telephone or a headset linked to your PC to hear the trainers voice, and also if you need to ask questions directly
