Driving Monitor is continually expanding and we're always on the lookout for registered ADI Fleet driver trainers.

Who We Are

Driving Monitor has been delivering driver risk management solutions since 2001, and has the UK’s longest standing web-based risk assessment tool on the market. Alongside our risk management packages, we offer training solutions, and recruit the best self-employed fleet registered trainers to provide on road training to our customers.

What we want from you:

Professionalism
Driving Monitor prides itself on customer satisfaction. Our trainers are self employed; when carrying out work for Driving Monitor they are expected to be professional at all times, and be a representative of the quality of the Driving Monitor product.

Qualifications - Minimum Requirements
Driving Monitor trainers require, as a minimum, the following:-

  • Fleet Driver Training Licence.
  • ADI Grade B (or above).
  • Internet, e-mail facility and printer

What to expect:

Regular Work
We provide training for a number of clients nationwide, on an as and when required basis. Our training sessions are either half days (31⁄2 hours) or full days (71⁄2 hours inc. 1⁄2 hour lunch break). The number of sessions depends on geographical location, however the more flexible you are with availability and travel time, the more work you will receive!

What we pay:
We pay standard rates in 3 categories, based on the amount of distance travelled from a trainer’s home address to the training location (mileage is calculated via the ‘shortest route’ option on Google Maps).

  • For example speed awareness to local authority. Vehicle examples PCV, LCV, LGV?
  • For example. fleet registered?
  • This determines the rates we would pay you, the further you travel the more we would pay
  • For example previous training companies you have worked for
  • You can list which companies you've delivered training for to what level of driver (i.e. senior managers at the BBC or line managers at National Grid)
